“X International Banking Forum 2026” to be held in Baku
On November 24–25, 2026, the X International Banking Forum 2026 (IBF 2026) will be held in Baku in strategic partnership with Mastercard.
Held under the theme “Reliable, Safe, and Sustainable Banking,” the Forum is supported by the Azerbaijan Banks Association, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), the Council of Banks Associations of the Turkic States (CBATS), the banking associations of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Türkiye, the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as other partner organizations.
Highlights from previous Forums:
IBF is a leading platform in the regional financial sector, annually bringing together high-level participants. Over the years, the Forum has established itself as a flagship event in Baku’s business and economic calendar.
One of the key objectives of IBF is to further develop regional and international financial cooperation. Particular attention within the Forum will be given to strengthening financial integration among the Turkic states and expanding direct cooperation between the banks and financial institutions of our countries.

IBF is the only specialized finance and banking event in Azerbaijan attended by all bank CEOs.
